Personal Development

At Friars, we believe strongly that there are many things that must come together to support a child’s full personal development. All of our staff understand that it is their duty to work collaboratively to develop responsible and respectful young people who will one day be positive, active citizens with a strong understanding of British values. Pupils now, and later as adults, will have both confidence and resilience and will recognise how to keep themselves healthy and safe. When pupils leave Friars, they will have been given every opportunity to develop all of the necessary personal building blocks to be successful at secondary school and beyond.
