Celebration Assembly 16th October 2026
KS1 and KS2 Celebration Certificates
This week, our focus has been ‘Resilience’. We had lots or proud certificate recipients in both assembly halls!
Computing Class of the Week was 6S.
Attendance
Unfortunately, a lower week for attendance across the school but hopefully there will be a bounce-back for the final three days of the half-term. There will still be lots of children receiving free raffle tickets for the attendance draw to win a Nintendo Switch or Amazon vouchers! Remember the draw is on the first Friday back, Friday 6th November.
This week’s Key Stage 2 winners were 3S who were happy to take the trophy home. 3S’s assembly song had everyone going at the end… ‘Freed from Desire’ by Gala. Mr. Smith was even dancing in the hall! There was only one other KS2 class with an attendance sticker and that was 4S. Well done 3S and 4S.
In Key Stage 1 it was a win for 2M… the only class to be given a sticker… ☹Congratulations to 2M!
Team Points
A close week with team points saw no change in the overall standings, with Windsor still leading the way. Actually, our Reds extended their lead slightly. With no Celebration Assemblies next week, Windsor are finishing this half-term at the top of the tree. Will they be knocked off top spot in weeks to come?
