KS1 and KS2 Celebration Certificates
This week, our focus has been the Friars Family. It was lovely to see so many children receiving the first of the new celebration certificates.
Attendance
We continue to see very good attendance levels across the school. Sadly though, today is the first day that we have dropped below 95%. Across last year we saw a pattern that Friday was our least attended day of the week. Let’s make Friday, Friyay this year!
Our whole school attendance average since we returned on September 2nd is 97.1%.
This week, Wrens and Starlings both had 100% attendance winning them spins of the attendance wheel. It was the same picture for 3R and 4A in Key Stage 2! A special well done to all four classes!
We also had four classes spinning the wheel for receiving their third attendance stickers… 2M, 3S, 4S and 6B. Congratulations all!
Team Points
Another strong week from Stirling saw them take the overall win and stretch their lead a little further. We are in the very early stages of the race for the Friars Cup, but Stirling are not messing around! The other teams need to be careful to prevent Stirling’s lead from growing further.
