Computing class of the half term

This week Class 1BU won the computing class of the week award for their amazing start to programming using Scratch Junior. Their efforts to add a sprite and background were recognised by Mrs Pinckney and they deservedly fought off the challenge of other classes to win the award. Mollie collected the certificate on behalf of her class.

Attendance

In KS1, 1BU won the attendance cup for the second week running with a near perfect 99.6%, easily the best attendance across the whole school.

In KS2, Class 4S won the attendance cup with their figure of 97.1%

Our overall whole school attendance stood at 93% this week.

Team Points

It was a very close battle to win the team cup in KS1 with Stirling narrowly pipping Caernarfon to take the victory. In KS2 it was a one horse race as Stormont stormed to victory to win the KS2 team Cup.

Stirling continue to lead in the race for the Friars Cup with Stormont leading the challenge in second place.
