Harvest Assembly

On Monday, the school celebrated Harvest with an extended assembly that explained the origins of the festival and the importance of our contributions. This year we supported the Southend Foodbank who distribute to multiple locations around Southend and as usual, you were extremely generous with what you could spare.

The foodbank we support is always amazed at how much we provide and it is with great pride that I praise the parents and carers of Friars Primary School. The clients of the foodbanks are also eternally grateful for your generosity:
