Year 6 Mini Fete

This week at Friars Primary School Year 6 ran an extremely successful Mini Fete for the rest of the school to attend. 

The children designed posters advertising the event. They came up with, designed and organised the stalls that were part of the fete and ran everything themselves.

The Year 6's were very mature and supportive of the younger children and we have some budding entrepreneurs in our midst.

Everybody who attended thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the children raised nearly £400 pounds which is going towards the cost of their Leavers' Hoodies.
