KS1 Cross country

Team Friars KS1 cross country team performed at the Southend schools competition on Wednesday 7th March 2018 at Garons Park. There were 4 races across a 1000 metre course in thick mud with over 100 children from Southend schools competing in the Year 1 and 2 events for both boys and girls. All our athletes ran extremely well and enjoyed the competition, even if they were a little nervous before they ran. Well done to our young athletes.
