KS1 Awards

This week our KS1 certificates were awarded to our Year 1 and Year 2 children for:

• Being an enthusiastic learner

• Brilliant maths work

• Enjoying writing about Guy Fawkes and saying that learning is fun

• Being helpful in class

• For super effort and growing in confidence

• Amazing times tables knowledge

• A fabulous attitude towards learning

• Increased independence in learning tasks

KS2 Awards

This week our KS2 certificates were awarded to our Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 children for:

• Editing work and making it better

• 100% effort in all areas of learning

• Being a superstar learner

• Making artwork special and unique

• Including all the feature in diary writing

• Being very helpful

• Working hard to achieve good results

• Excellent presentation

• Concentration and success in maths

• Moving classrooms due to a leak! Poor 5A

• Acting on advice at swimming

• Enthusiasm and improvement in maths

• Always being an enthusiastic learner

• Great writing

Computer Award

This week’s Computing Award went to 2S! Great job 2S!

Attendance

Only a four-day week for the children which saw wins for 1B in Key Stage 1 and 4D in Key Stage 2. Congratulations to both classes! Attendance for the whole school sat just under 95%. Let’s do our best to be above 96%, our school target, next week…

Team Points

Caernarfon still lead after this week’s points were added… a double-win in both KS1 and KS2 was certainly helpful for the yellows! The prize was actually shared in KS1 with Stirling, so well done too to our blues.
